I really enjoyed how the hotel looked, ideal and nice place. All of the staff were nice, pleasant. There were quiet & cheap rooms with the fridge bathroom, 2 double beds and toileteries.

Had good sleep at the twin/double room in lower floors. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, in a quiet neighbourhood. Dined at Lakwil Restaurant, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The staff were helpful and attentive, directed me to the tourist sites in Dubai. Loved the room with 4 large double beds, my bed was comfortable.

Close to a subway station, the location was best possible and perfectly comfortable, close to metro line. We tried some restaurants, including Sketch which boasted an excellent cuisine. We appreciated rooms with 4 large double beds.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building adjacent to Dubai old town and downtown and restaurants and metro. A nice size and budget room provided with 2 extra single beds as well as the dirtiest bathroom. Very clean pool, good and best possible location close to a metro station.

The staff are exceptionally courteous and very friendly. The ambiance is quiet.

During my stay at Sun And Sands, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to many places, making exploring the area much easier. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or concerns. The hotel also provided complimentary toiletries, which was a nice touch. I had a satisfactory experience at Sun And Sands Hotel and would recommend it to others seeking a convenient and comfortable stay.

Everything was fine.

There was a laud noise of a night club during the night, I couldn't sleep. There was nothing in the mini bar, even a bottle of water. The swimming pool is closed after 4 pm, so I couldn't use it during my stay. The reception guy was rude.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dubai that I would highly recommend. Sun And Sands provided a great experience from start to finish. The staff, especially Mr. Salman, the bellboy Mr. Saleh, and the restaurant manager, were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself, although a bit old, was well-maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were spacious and there was even complimentary bottled water in the room. The bathroom was also quite spacious and came with complimentary cosmetic sets. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of different foods every day. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to the metro and surrounded by shops and affordable restaurants. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Sun And Sands for both short and long stays.

As for the cons, nothing comes to mind that I didn't like about my stay at Sun And Sands. 😊

Perfect hotel close to a metro station. Budget and neat units available with toileteries and the fridge bathroom, for example. Very helpful and exceptionally courteous staff, early check in. Certainly a pleasant experience for longer stay in Dubai.
